Delete your Cofelt account

The complete deletion pathway, including the route that works when you cannot sign in.

In short: deletion is available inside the app and by email, is scheduled 30 days out so an accident can be undone, and removes your account permanently when the window closes.

Delete from inside Cofelt

  1. Open Cofelt and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with your account email and your password. This step-up exists so a borrowed session cannot destroy your account.
  4. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out. You can cancel any time in those 30 days by signing in, and every step is confirmed by email.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@cofelt.com from the address on your Cofelt account and ask for account deletion. We verify that the request really comes from the account owner before scheduling it, and the same 30-day grace window and email confirmations apply.

What is erased, and what is retained

Erasure removes your account, profile, birth data and chart, readings, conversations, connections, messages, memories, and Spark balance. A small set of records is retained where the law requires it: pseudonymous accounting records of past payments, legally required safety evidence, and the counterparty side of a gift (the other person keeps their own record). You can export your data from Settings before deleting.

Billing

A Cofelt web subscription stays active during the 30-day grace window and may renew in that window unless you cancel it from billing settings first. It is cancelled automatically when deletion completes.

An App Store or Google Play subscription is never cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it with Apple or Google, in the store's own subscription settings, to stop billing.
