It is not a person or a therapist. Safety checks aim to surface human support when needed, but can miss signals. Cofelt is not an emergency service.
AI interpretations can be wrong. Not a person, a prediction, or professional care.
Crisis support firstDetected crisis signals pause the reading and surface support.
When a crisis signal is detected, the reading pauses and Cofelt shows support resources for the member's country. Detection can miss a risk or flag a message incorrectly; do not depend on it for emergency help.
The “I need help” link remains available beneath every conversation, on every plan. The support guide also explains where to find country-specific help.
This sounds heavier than a reading should carry. A human is the right company right now.

Predictions, threats, and relationship verdicts are outside the intended use of Ask. A calculated sky position does not establish what will happen in your life.
AI can still produce confident errors. Treat interpretations as ideas to explore, not facts or instructions. Check factual claims, report concerning replies, and keep important decisions grounded in real life.

Your data, protectedBirth details stay private. Personal data is never sold.
Your birth details are sensitive. They are not shown on your public profile, exposed through search, or displayed to your connections. Any shared relationship context leaves the underlying birth data private.
Cofelt does not sell personal data or use private conversations for cross-site behavioral advertising. The self-service JSON export covers the main account records associated with you; authentication secrets and internal safety or moderation records are excluded. Account deletion is a request followed by a 30-day processing window, with limited legal and safety records retained as the Privacy Policy explains.

Cofelt is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, with no younger tier. Birth date is required and used to enforce that requirement before an account can continue into the adults-only service.
Reporting controls appear on specific surfaces rather than every message. You can report a member from their profile, leave Ask feedback where those controls appear, and block immediately. For a DM-specific safety concern, block the member and contact support with the relevant context.
