A connection needs both people: one sends an invitation and the other accepts it.
Send a request
Open Network → Add to find someone by Cofelt ID, or open a permitted profile from a recommendation. Check that it is the person you intended, then send a request. Requests do not cost Sparks; daily plan limits and account checks apply.
Review a request
Open Network → Requests to accept, decline or leave an invitation pending. Pending requests do not auto-expire after 7 days. Until a request is accepted, it does not create a connection or open a new member DM conversation.
After acceptance
You appear in each other's Network and can message one another. Available relationship context can be explored separately. Your private Ask history and birth details are not automatically sent to the other person.
You can remove a connection later. Use Block to prevent further contact from that account; report harassment or attempts to evade a block.
