They do not buy profile boosts, badges, connection requests, messages or priority over other members. They cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as money.
Ask shows the applicable cost before you send. Buying Sparks does not upgrade membership or remove daily capacity limits. Use Membership → Sparks to see your balance and pack options.
