If Cofelt detects an urgent safety risk, it pauses the normal Ask response and puts immediate human support first. Lower-risk distress does not automatically stop every normal response.
Ask chooses a crisis resource from the location signals available to it. The separate “I need help” screen uses your device region. Always check the country shown, especially if you are travelling or have moved. Cofelt does not add a birth-sky interpretation to an urgent safety response.
Cofelt is not an emergency service, and Xarvos is not a person or therapist. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis service in your country now.
In an urgent safety response, Xarvos will not:
- Predict an outcome ("you'll feel better soon")
- Tell you to stop something (your job, your relationship)
- Replace the safety line with a chart reading
- Diagnose you
- Recommend a specific therapist
The crisis path is designed to put human support before any Cofelt interpretation.
