What's your refund policy?

We don't run a self-serve money-back guarantee. Free lets you use the social network before subscribing. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Free lets you browse Home and Network, accept connection requests, read incoming DMs, and reply to up to 3 each day, with no countdown. Ask uses 1 Spark per answer on Free.

How refunds actually work depends on where you subscribed:

  • App Store (iPhone, iPad): Apple handles the billing, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple reviews it under their refund policy.
  • Google Play (Android): Google handles the billing, so Google handles refunds. Request one through Google Play, and Google reviews it under their policy.
  • Direct subscription on the web: if something genuinely went wrong with a charge (a double bill, the wrong amount, a charge after you cancelled), email [email protected] and we'll look into it and make it right.

Whatever you bought, your statutory consumer rights still apply. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, you have it, no matter what this page says.

A couple of practical notes:

  • Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. See "Can I cancel anytime?"
  • Sparks are a separate one-time purchase with their own policy. See the Sparks refund article.
