No. We do not sell your personal data or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
This is a hard commitment in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We also do not:
- Sell personal data to data brokers or lead-generation companies
- Use cross-site behavioral tracking to build advertising profiles
- Use your data to train external AI models
- Use private Ask or direct-message content to build advertising profiles
We do use contracted service providers to operate Cofelt, as listed in the Privacy Policy. For example, Stripe processes web payments and email providers deliver account messages. Ask replies use an AI model through approved serving infrastructure. Requests can include your conversation, birth-pattern data and remembered context. The Privacy Policy describes the providers and purposes involved. We do not authorise service providers to use Ask or direct-message content for advertising or unrelated model training. The Privacy Policy also explains limited legal and safety disclosures.
You can export your account data or request account deletion from Settings.
