No. We do not sell your data. We have never sold your data. We will not sell your data.
This is a hard commitment in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We also do not:
- Sell personal data to data brokers or lead-generation companies
- Use cross-site behavioral tracking to build advertising profiles
- Use your data to train external AI models
- Use private Ask or direct-message content to build advertising profiles
We do use contracted service providers to operate Cofelt, as listed in the Privacy Policy. For example, Stripe processes web payments, email providers deliver account messages, and an external AI provider may process an Ask conversation only as an emergency continuity fallback. Those processors are not allowed to sell the data or use it for their own purposes.
You can export your account data or request account deletion from Settings.
