How do I download my data? (GDPR/CCPA)

Settings → Privacy → Export my data. The signed-in app downloads a machine-readable JSON file directly.

The self-service export covers the main account records associated with you:

  • Your account info (email, name, phone if provided, signup date, language)
  • Your full birth data
  • Your computed chart and supporting calculation data
  • Your profile (bio, intent, all the fields)
  • Your connection list with metadata (who, when connected, current status)
  • Your DM history (all threads, all messages)
  • Your Ask conversation history (all messages, your reactions, our responses)
  • Historical calculation or reading rows still associated with your account, if any
  • Your Echoes, Spark ledger, subscription, refund, and support records
  • Bounded activity and product-event records; high-volume lists can be truncated and the file says when that happened

The file is JSON and includes export metadata. Password hashes, authentication secrets, embeddings, internal crisis-classifier and safety records, and internal moderation or report records are excluded for security and safety reasons.

If you need information that is not in the self-service export, email [email protected]. We will handle the request under the privacy law that applies to you.

If you need a broader access request than the self-service file provides, email [email protected].
